AriaON collects and processes employees' location information as part of its attendance and workforce management functionality.

When an employee punches in, AriaON collects the employee's device location and may continue collecting location information during the employee's active attendance period until the employee punches out. Depending on the device and application configuration, location information may be collected while the application is running in the background or when the application is not actively displayed.

Location information is collected for legitimate business and attendance management purposes, including:

• Verifying the employee's location when punching in and punching out.
• Recording the employee's location during an active attendance period.
• Enabling the company to monitor employee location during working hours.
• Helping Human Resources (HR) and authorized company administrators verify attendance and work-related location information.
• Maintaining attendance records and supporting workforce management and operational requirements.

Location information collected through AriaON may be accessible to the employee's employer, including authorized HR personnel, administrators, managers, or other authorized company representatives, for attendance verification, workforce management, and legitimate business purposes.

Access to location information is restricted to authorized personnel based on the company's access controls and business requirements.

Location collection begins when the employee starts an attendance session by punching in and is intended to stop when the employee punches out.

AriaON does not intentionally collect location information for attendance tracking outside of an employee's active attendance period, except where otherwise necessary for the operation, security, or legal requirements of the service.

Location information may be transmitted to and stored on the company's servers and associated systems for attendance and workforce management purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect location information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse. Access to stored location information is limited to authorized users and systems.

AriaON does not sell employees' location information or use it for advertising purposes.

Location information may be made available to the employee's employer and its authorized personnel as described above. It may also be disclosed where necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, security, and safety of the company, employees, or others.

Employees are informed that AriaON uses location information as part of the company's attendance and workforce management system. By using the location-based attendance functionality and granting the required device permissions, employees acknowledge that their location may be collected during their active attendance period and made available to authorized company personnel for legitimate attendance and workforce management purposes.
